The Chief Executive Officer of Legal Services may waive the Jurisdictional Guidelines Test in exceptional circumstances, such as the applicant’s personal circumstances or capacity to self-represent.
If the Jurisdictional Guidelines Test is waived, specific conditions may be attached to the grant of aid. This may include that the matter be allocated inhouse.
