Legal Services offers free legal assistance in relation to discrimination complaints to Equal Opportunity SA and the Australian Human Rights Commission. It is intended that referrals for legal assistance and representation would be received from either Equal Opportunity SA or the Adelaide University Equal Opportunity Legal Advice Service.
A grant of legal aid is approved where the Civil Law Guidelines are met.
