We can provide free legal advice and representation regarding Protection Visas. We can help people to:

• find out if they are eligible for a Protection Visa or another more suitable visa
• understand the application process and the consequences of a Protection Visa refusal, and 
• complete and lodge a Protection Visa application.

We may also be able to provide representation to appeal Protection Visa refusals.
