We provide free legal advice and minor assistance through our Legal Helpline and face-to-face appointments.
We have lawyers on duty at many courts across South Australia. A duty lawyer can give you legal information and advice, and, in some cases, represent you that day.
When services beyond advice and minor assistance are required (e.g. representation at court), legal aid is available for eligible people on matters specified under our guidelines.
