Forms

The Online Legal Services (OLS) Portal contains the following forms to make communicating with Legal Services much easier:

• Application for legal aid (which can be completed on behalf of clients)
• Application for panel membership and renewal

Using the Portal, you can also:

• update contact and financial details for a client
• submit documents (e.g. supporting documentation)
• request an extension
• finalise a case

Practitioners are required to register as a user and create an account. If you experience any technical issues with the OLS, please email ols.support@lsc.sa.gov.au.
