Women's Domestic Violence Court Assistance Service

The Women's Domestic Violence Court Assistance Service (WDVCAS) is a statewide service for women who are experiencing or have experienced domestic or family violence.

Free legal assistance is available to:

• navigate the Magistrates Court processes of applying for, varying, or revoking an intervention order
• report breaches of an intervention order, and
• apply for relevant tenancy orders through the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT).
