The Complaints Resolution and Referral Service (CRRS) is for people with a disability who are users of Disability Employment Services (DES), Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) and Advocacy services and wish to make a complaint about these services.

Their complaints line is available Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (AEST).
