Take reports on concerns about serious property defects, affecting the health and safety of occupants, visitors to a property or members of the public. A register of substandard properties is kept by the Housing Improvement Branch.
Support services include: support to sustain or access a residential tenancy, advocacy and advice regarding tenancy issues, education and information about a tenant’s rights and responsibilities, help navigating the housing system.
