The role of SA Housing Trust

The Office of Housing Regulation is an independent business unit within the SA Housing Trust, headed up by the South Australian Registrar, that administers the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) in South Australia. The Office of Housing Regulation is responsible for the regulation and monitoring of community housing providers in accordance with the Community Housing Providers (National Law) (South Australia) Act 2013 (SA). The Office of Housing Regulation also provides capital funding and other supports to assist the growth of the community housing sector.
