Accessible Justice Project

AJP is a not-for profit law firm that is run in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Law School. Staff includes lawyers who are completing post-graduate study in a Master of Laws, and senior supervising lawyers.

Accessible Justice Project (AJP) offers low cost legal services based on the client’s low financial means. AJP is not a free service. Applicants are means tested to see if they meet the eligibility criteria.

AJP can assist with civil disputes including debt recovery, consumer law matters, property disputes, tenancy/ eviction matters, employment matters and estate disputes.

 

The service does not assist with criminal matters, family law matters or personal injury claims.
