Client Satisfaction Survey 2025 – Legal Services Commission

Legal Services is currently conducting research to gain feedback on the legal assistance provided to the South Australian community. Clients who have accessed our services in the last 12 months may be contacted in the coming weeks to take part in the following ways:  

The survey is being managed by Verian, an independent research agency.   

The SMS wording you will receive from LSCSurvey (Verian) seeking your participation will state:  

Hi {firstname}. Please complete a 5-minute survey for the Legal Services Commission at: {URL}. Thank you. 

The email wording you will receive from insight@actionresearch.com.au (Verian) seeking your participation is as follows: 

Subject: Legal Services Commission of South Australia Satisfaction Survey 

Dear {First Name},  

You are invited to participate in a short survey for the Legal Services Commission of South Australia.  

The Commission is seeking feedback from people who have recently received legal aid to find out how satisfied people are with the service provided.  

You have been randomly selected to participate in this survey from a list of people who have received legal aid in the last 24 months.  

The questions should take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and you can complete the survey online by clicking the link below. Please note, this is your individual survey link and cannot be shared with others.
