Our Services

We are here to help - and our free legal assistance is continuing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We provide legal advice by phone as well as limited in-person services by appointment at our Adelaide office.

For legal advice, including booked appointments at our Adelaide building, call us on 1300 366 424.

Telephone and online assistance

If you are a current client of one of our lawyers, your appointments will be via telephone or video (unless we advise otherwise).

Service changes

As with all justice sector agencies, we are striving to continue providing vital support to the community, courts and the legal profession during this challenging time. 

  • All duty lawyer client interviews, both in criminal law and family law, will be delivered via phone or video.
  • Client interviews,  including care & protection interviews, will be conducted by phone or audio visual links (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
  • Family Dispute Resolution Conferences will be conducted by telephone.
